This specimen is a skull prepared as a teaching tool for medical students. With its simple calvarium cut for easy removal of the skull cap, this skull is perfect for understanding the inner structure of the cranium, and features a spring allowing for easy removal of the mandible. This skull has excellent dentition, brass hardware, and a beautiful white patina. Additionally it displays some porosity on the back of the cranium.
